The HERO Health and Well-being Best Practices Scorecard in collaboration with Mercer is a valuable tool for employers to use to develop and evolve their health and well-being efforts. It captures employer health and well-being best practices and outcomes.  Here are six reasons why you should take the HERO Scorecard:

    • Educational tool on best practices that impact employee health and well-being
    • Inventory of own practices, policies, programs and outcomes; gaps and opportunities
    • Compare score over time or across businesses or locations
    • Benchmark to other organizations (in total, size, industry, geography or custom groups)
    • Collaborate internally across stakeholder groups
    • Aid in business case development, strategic planning, gap analysis, program evaluation or award applications/recognition

NEW IN 2018!! In Addition to our normal Gold, Silver and Bronze categories, this year a new award will be given out called the Community Award.  This award celebrates a company that leads employer activities that have a profound impact on the health and wellness of a community.  Winners are selected by a panel of judges who award entries based on outstanding service, support, and concern for the wellness of their community.  Passionate about helping their community, the company exhibits outstanding contributions.
